DUES
Our HOA dues cover
everyday expenses within our neighborhood. We maintain the front entrance,
pay property taxes and these things cost $.
Over the past few years we have also replaced the lettering and duck logo on the front entrance, as well as the front entrance shrubbery. We also installed new street signs and stop signs,
so we would have some consistency throughout the neighborhood.
Keeping
our neighborhood fresh and clean in this day and time is just
protection
for the value of our homes.

HOME SECURITY CHECKS
As
a resident of the Town
of Lexington, we are privileged to have a Police security check of our
property while we are on vacation or away on business. All that
needs
to be done is the attached
form filled out and turned into the Lexington Police Department 1
week
before departure. What a great relief while vacationing! |
